Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OneLastPull (the "Service"), available at onelastpull.com. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What OneLastPull Is
OneLastPull is an independent, fan-made database and toolset providing information, guides and calculators for various video games. OneLastPull is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the developers or publishers of the games it covers.
2. Accounts
Signing in is optional for most of the Service and is provided through third-party sign-in providers (currently Discord and Google) via our authentication provider, Clerk. You are responsible for keeping your third-party account secure; we do not store or have access to your password for those providers. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if higher, to create an account.
3. Acceptable Use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying infrastructure;
- Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract data from the Service in a way that circumvents its intended use;
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one;
- Post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringes on someone else's rights, wherever the Service allows user contributions (e.g. comments, community tier lists).
4. User Content
Some features (such as comments or community tier lists) may let you submit content. You retain ownership of what you submit, but you grant OneLastPull a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute it as part of operating the Service. We may remove or moderate any user content at our discretion, without notice, particularly if it violates Section 3.
5. Intellectual Property
All game names, characters, images, logos, and other assets referenced on OneLastPull are trademarks and copyrighted material of their respective owners, used here for informational and fan-community purposes only. No ownership of that material is claimed by OneLastPull. If you are a rights holder and have a concern about how your material is used, please contact us.
The original text, design, and code of OneLastPull itself — everything that isn't third-party game material — belongs to OneLastPull's operator.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party infrastructure and services, including Cloudflare (hosting, storage) and Clerk (authentication, including sign-in via Discord and Google). Your use of those sign-in options is also subject to those providers' own terms.
7. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Game data, while kept as accurate as possible, may contain errors or become outdated as games are updated; use it as a reference, not as an authoritative source.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneLastPull's operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, for any user, at any time, particularly in response to a violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
